Arxitektura və Dizayn MMC was founded in 2005. Through the joint work of engineers and architects with deep experience in design, the practice has delivered a large number of projects and supervised their construction.
The practice has broad experience across every discipline of design — urban planning, architecture, structure, structural calculation, building services, and the specialist sections of a project: ecology, insolation, alternative energy supply, acoustics, interior and exterior design, curtain-wall element calculation, and low-voltage networks.

The part you cannot see.
A façade does not show how a building stands, how it meets the sun, or how it absorbs sound. That is the side of a project which is not drawn but calculated.
- 01 Insolation Solar angles calculated across the year — which room gets light, and when, is known at design stage.
- 02 Acoustics How much street noise passes through the façade, and the calculation of floor-to-floor insulation.
- 03 Energy Heat loss, ventilation and alternative energy supply, resolved together with the structure.

The brief is put into words — sometimes vague, human, contradictory. Our team listens closely and answers it once, properly.
Direction is offered as a system — not a single image, but a family of options built from one logic.
The design is tested against calculations, codes and real conditions — from structure to building services.
The result is not just a document — it is supervision that accompanies the build to the end.

Projects are drawn by people.
The calculation is done by software; the decision is made at the desk. The person who listened to the brief on day one is still there at handover.
Lead Architect
Rəşad Məmmədov
Concept and architectural resolution. Carries authorship from the first sketch through to the choice of façade material.
Lead Structural Engineer
Elvin Quliyev
Structural calculations, curtain-wall elements and seismic resistance. Turns the architectural idea into a system that stands.
Project Manager
Günel Əliyeva
Coordination between disciplines, programme, and the client relationship. Our eyes on site during supervision.

A project does not end on paper.
Work continues after the documentation is handed over: on site, supervision makes certain the drawn line and the built wall coincide — all the way to the top floor.

Three things never change.
01 / 03
We start from the site.
The shape of the ground, the direction of the wind, the angle of the sun and the height of what stands next door — the first line of a project is written on the site, not on paper.
02 / 03
We test it by calculation.
Not every handsome solution stands up. Structural, insolation, acoustic and energy calculations put the sketch against the code — only what passes both reaches the site.
03 / 03
We stay to the end.
The work does not finish when the documentation is delivered. Supervision continues on site — that the drawn line meets the built wall remains our responsibility.
